Jenn is leaving us to pursue her dreams le. =(

I think I gonna miss her a lot a lot a lot a lot since she’s one of my best friends in Uni. Like what jx say, I still can’t imagine Uni life without her nia.

Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Why you abandon ussssss! Why am I still stuck in this toopid course! Uni won’t be as fun without you. Serious.

Jooooooooooooo Chiat

Went for interview after school yesterday at Joooooooo Chiat. When jx and the rest of my classmates heard of that location, the first thing that came to their mind was “Geylang”.

Coincidently, I was wearing a rather short denim skirt (which is a rare sight) to match my pink top and white heels. So they teased me saying that I was heading down for “work” after the interview. haha.

School ended at 2.30pm. Gl, jx and me headed down to ihub first to print out my uni results slip. Took 179, alighted at Pioneer and mrt-ed down to Kallang. Initially, I was planning to take Bus 33 from Kallang as it stops in front of the company. However, by the time I reached Kallang, it was already my interview time (at 4pm) so I had no choice but to cab down. $6.40. =\

The conversation I had with the taxi driver was quite strange. The first question he asked was “Where are you from?”. Then he continue to ask “How old are you?” and “How you find Singapore”. I began to feel something fishy. Then when we were along the looooong stretch of Joo Chiat Road, I asked if he knew where is “237C”. Immediately he responded, “Huh? You don’t stay here meh?”.

I was like WT*! He must have mistaken me as some Chicken from Geylang. Then, I clarify that I was going for an interview. Who knows? Maybe he though that I was interviewing to be a chicken?

Alighted right outside 237 and climbed that flight of stairs to eternity. After much effort, reached the 3rd storey to find a pile of shoes outside the door. Knocked and open the door, and for a moment, I thought I entered a cybercafe. The whole place was very dim. I wonder how the people work and not get blind in such an environment. The floor was carpeted and the “reception” corner was like some mini lounge.

Was told to remove my shoes before entering and fill up those employment form. After that was being interviewed by them. Somehow, I feel that they are looking for ADM students to design their website instead of someone like me who can also do the programming. The creative director doesn’t seem impressed with my portfolio. Oh well…

Left the place and looked for pangpang who was just somewhere further down that looooooooong stretch of Joo Chiat Road. Along the way, I sensed many tikos looking at me. There was even 1 malay boy driving the Singpost van winking at me. -_________- Do I look like some chicken from geylang? I wasn’t wearing scantily lor.

Met pangpang and ate Taiwan food. Did a lot of catching up with her but had very limited time coz she was using her work time to pei me. After her boss called to check on her and she went back to office hurriedly, I took Bus 16 to CityHall and train-ed back to hall.

Can’t wait for the next gathering to do more catching up with all my friends~~

Move on..

End of recess week

Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo… End of recess week. I only managed to enjoy last weekend. So not fair. =(

Spent 3 hours today working on 2 eigenvector and eigenvalue tutorial questions. DAMN PEKCHEK coz I keep making careless mistakes. Waste my time. Wanted to start on Comm Principles coz I know that I won’t have enough time after school starts. Always behind schedule. Toopid.

Have you ever been through this?

Falling for someone you shouldn’t. Getting close to that someone coz of mutual attraction. Believing in a false hope that will never come true. Feeling suffocated and hurt when reality hit you real hard every single day.

I wish I could just break off from this endless cycle. =(

Time flies

Wow~ It has been 1/2 month since i last blogged. Time really flies when you’re busy.

Let’s see…. During my absence in blog..

1. Celebrated Kel’s birthday

Marmar, clem and I celebrated Kel’s birthday last Sunday at BBQ Chicken in ehub. The food isn’t that bad but after eating there for 3 times, I don’t know what else to order the next time I go. haha.

Zhumei and niapniap surprised attack us while we having our lunch. Sooooooooo long never see them le! =D Went to watch Whiteout after that. Didn’t enjoy the show. I covered my eyes during 1/2 the show. Niapniap suggested that we go to the SAF Yacht Club for dinner and drove us there. I really like the place a lot. Great for couples. =)

2. Extended Art lesson from 3pm-9pm

Had our extended art lesson last thursday. Wore specs to school coz it was a long day. Cleary commented that I look innocent in specs. WAKAKAKAKAKA! But I don’t like wearing specs.

Time passed very fast during that lesson as we were playing with color mixing. Sadly, I was one of the last few to get my color mixed correctly. ZERO talent in art. =\ The class ordered Ritez pizza for dinner. It’s really a lot! In the end we left 1 box unfinished.

Went home with 1 month NO art lesson and a pile of art homework which I have no time to do. =| DIE.

3. DSP Quiz

Late for DSP quiz on Friday coz of toopid Bus C. 3 buses came at the same time only at 10.20am. Jenn said that all of them went to drink kopi together. zzzz. Had a lot of careless mistakes. Hopefully can still pass?

4. COM206 Photoshoot

Borrowed the school’s DSLR for COM206 assignment 2 with Jenn on Monday. We are supposed to take 6 photos to tell a story. We were super suay on our way home. 3~4 bus 179, 2 bus C, 4 bus A BEFORE our Pioneer bus came. Went back to her house to take the photos before heading over to Chinese Garden.

First time I stepped into Chinese Garden. It’s really beautiful! Great for photoshoots. Both Jenn and I sacrifice a lot for this assignment nia! First time in my life, I wear TUBE and miniskirt in public. XD

Went to Orchard Central with boonie. Ate at Thai Central coz they are having 1-for-1 promotion. The green curry is excellent! <3 Ben and Jerry after that.

By the way, it’s boonie’s birthday today! HAPPY 21st children’s BIRTHDAY~~

5. IM3072 toopid project

I know I have been complaining to a lot of people, but I really wanna write it down. For 0.33au, it’s super not worth the time and effort for this toopid shopping cart website. I spent a total of 14hours(spread over 3 days). 8 hrs from today, hardcore coding and debugging.

At least it’s kind of completed now. Heck lah. Don’t wanna do too much. Sucking up my precious time.

6. Maths and ComPrinciple Quiz

*sighhh* I’m so dead for comprinciple. The quiz is on 2 weeks from now and I haven’t done any of its tutorials. Maths quiz this coming Wed I think. Gotta study tomorrow. I feel so NO LIFE. =(

7. 21st Birthday

Counting down to my 21st birthday. Not really excited coz I won’t be holding any chalets or party. Just simple meeting up with friends for dinner i supposed? Long weekend during my birthday due to Deepavali. But I can foresee that I’ll be busy with toopid homeworks.

8. Condom Pic

Many have mistaken my MSN display picture. It’s actually chocolate with condom-like packaging. I even had 1 that looks like sanitary pad package. XD Cleary told me to change my display picture to this to attract more guys. HAHAHAHAHA!

Random Tot of the Day: I’m single for nearly 8 months and still barely surviving. o.o
